Don't blend the Tart with other floors unless u want it to taste like Hobo ass. It was unedible. Also, be wary of anything with Smurf in the title. I swear it's a trick.

Go to another place, staff here could care less. Place is halfway trashed the 4 x been here & they people have no courtesy. Although others owned same ppl, they have better staff .
