Best IHOP that I've ever visited and probably restaurant for that matter. Excellent service , ownership, and staff . I'll definitely make this my destination on a monthly basis. God bless the owners!

They'll mess up your order. They don't understand English well at all. I ordered sirloin tips without mushrooms , and they added mushrooms . I asked for red potatoes , and they gave me mashed potatoes .

Food quality has taken a nose dive. Eggs cooked wrong, sausage still raw in the middle. And coffee that tasted like it was 4 days old.
