Everyone there was kind and courteous and very polite to me I was in and out with no waiting for glasses
This place is slow please don't make any plans just watched at least five people walk-in and leave all we came to do is pickup contacts geesh I don't even think she wrote down the name after she asked
Fail? Don't kid yourself. It's a large chain and this location has bee here for years. I don't see it ever failing.
Small selection and below average service, but their prices make it tolerable for now
Assistants are more interested in hitting on guys than working. Failed to get me in on time, :30min late, and saw walkins taken before me. Much like the mall itself, a business soon to fail.
Not the best service , took longer than told to receive glasses,and they lost friends glasses and had to reorder more.
Been waiting 30 mins already after my appointment time... And counting... Don't make plans for after this visit- it literally takes forever
