True community coffee shop with a stream for rubber dock racing :), community long table, lots of seating upstairs, I love this location!

The maple donuts that they have on Friday and Saturday mornings are incredible! They sell out quickly - supposed to have them til noon - I got the last two donuts at 10!!

Gorgeous large space . WiFi is free, but kicks you off to reconnect every hour, which is a pain. Also, parking is an issue if you want to stay for more than 2 hours. Good food, coffee and bakery though

You can smell cinnamon before you walk in the door! This is the site where the baking gets done for all of the Colectivo stores. Enjoy a great study vibe inside and out!

I've personally had nothing but great service from the staff and the prices are within reason, though some are on the higher side of the spectrum. I also frequent the other cafes in the area regularly

Prices are a tiny bit on the higher side, doable though...great seating, every spot upstairs & downstairs gives a new experience and feeling. Def not cookie cutter layout.

Love this place! But, your butt is going to hurt if you're going to stay a while downstairs. Recommend the upstairs lounge for comfy-ness.

Love the outdoor patio when it's nice out! It's great for relaxing, reading, or catching up with friends.

Ordered the potato breakfast burrito this morning and got incredibly sick from it, will spare details but it might have something to do with the person preparing it not wearing gloves. ????????

Alterra has great coffee - not as good as Anodyne's down the street. While this is a nice place, they've hiked their prices, the service can be slow at times, and good luck finding seating upstairs.

Grab a great cup of joe and a scone ! Grab a stool and watch the roasters hard at work roasting!

Just remember, the Alterra Loyalty card only accumulates you reward points, etc. if you remember to present it at the register. It's your job, not theirs to get it swiped every time you purchase.

Cranberry muffin is great. The morning glory is pretty good. The cold brew is insanely strong.

Tons of seating inside and the bar is a I talked to was incredibly friendly . Practically gave me a tour of the entire place.

Get yourself a loaf of the 110% Organic Whole Wheat . Best bread I've ever eaten.

Try a Black & Tan from the brew bar . The wait is worth every sip.

Totally cool that the kitchen is wide open to the cafe . It's like legally spying on the baker who is making your bagel . Teehee

The coffee beans are flown in from Mars. Very rare. You can't find it anywhere else.

Love coffee ? Be sure to ask about their Brew Bar . A totally outstanding way to enjoy a fresh cup.

The baked oatmeal was uber stokaged. Hit it up with the yo-yogurt and take a mouth trip to chow town .

The seasonal apple cider is in. Pair it with a cinnamon twist for a nice combo of flavors.

Kids-at-heart will enjoy watching hundreds of baked goods come out of the ovens!

Overwhelming menu but delicious coffee drinks.

Great food but busy on Saturdays. Line can be long. They need to find a way to serve multiple customers.

I love the design elements. The recycled gym floor is fantastic.

All the bakery and drinks are great, but it's a bit pricey .

Get the beer cheese and sausage soup ! It's to die for!

Have a seat by the bakery and watch people work hard while you don't.

The Curried Chicken Salad wrap is delicious and filling.

Even if the downstairs is full, there's a lot of room upstairs.

Swing Benches are the best!!

They have plastic ducks outside. Kinda cool.

I've been here before and they've been nothing but sweet, however, today the staff was rude, uninterested, and extremely slow. Took 10 mins get a cup of coffee with one person in front of me. Lame.

It taste good but to be honest the price was to high and on top of that getting looked at like i'm stupid for asking a question did not help
