On weekends they suggest arriving before 11am to guarantee you can get on. Also check if too windy to go up prior to going...
Take it in just for the experience and don't expect too much. It's not the type where they hand you a champagne bottle and 2 glasses.. Come on a Thursday as there aren't that many riders.
Call ahead and make sure that they are still operating the balloon for certain hours
there's a break between 3p-7p of operating hours for the balloon.
Not enough signs to get to the right parking lot in my opinion.

Web is misleading says last ride at 3:00. Its actually at 2:45 for the day ride. Google maps takes you to the wrong place. Not worth it
Come early to avoid waiting to ride the balloon.
Get here early and hope for no wind.
