Usually has an amazing amount of designer makeup and jewelry , but the past few months have been lacking.
An order confirmation email from Hautelook is NOT enough info to return a Hautelook item. Bitter that I have to come back. Doesn't online orders have proof-of-purchase accessible via phone? Not here.
