No quantities/lengths printed on pkgs of much holiday decor... Ornament hooks, garland, etc. Sales person told me 2 call/write manufacturer 2 learn info :-( Wow, poor cust. service when asking 4 help.

Terrible customer service. Order not ready when promised, When? "Well , I'm going to lunch , so later..." and "Customer Service" walks away when approached. Horrible treatment last time I will be here!!
