Holiday Inn London - Gatwick Airport

If you want breakfast buy in advance. It's £15 on the day or £11.95 in advance. It's not gourmet but its decent, honest food. Continental, full English, cereal, pancakes , fresh fruit all available.

Forgot to mention but beware, breakfast finishes at 10am for some reason ! We missed it and had to pay for £90 to have burgers etc for breakfast at 11am ! Very pricey !!

Chicken tikka hot wrap ' is a must! Has mango chutney which taste the bomb. :)

Very nice welcome and a nicely refreshed room :-) now off to the bar to start the vacation!

Stay the night before you fly and join their Pay and Park group for discounted long stay parking while on holiday

You can walk here from Gatwick North in 10 mina along side of main road !

Given the choice, avoid this place. I stayed because there was a conference on I was attending. The academy was kept to a good standard, unfortunately nothing else was! It's not a clean place to stay.

Average hotel near the airport . Take the shuttle from the airport which is £3. Go to the end of all buses platforms to catch it.

Wonderful "refreshed" Holiday Inn , great team and warm welcome :)

Friendly and clean . Bar , restaurant and WiFi expensive . Nothing special.

Make sure you check in before parking .

Bus £3 each way but you can buy that when you check in its alright for somewhere to sleep

Hotel clean and modern.. Bar and restaurant OK.. Bit pricey but not so much that it's worth the effort and faff finding somewhere else..

You have to pay for the shuttle bus to/from terminal. £3 or 5€!

No hot water, had to chase them up after an hour, no tv remote and when I got one it didn’t work, nice bed and reasonable food, corridors filthy

We were in room 501. The most uncomfortable bed ever!

Don't ask a question that wasn't covered in staff training . They can't be arsed!

Just a place to sleep at. Not really exciting . WiFi for. 24 h is 16 GBP. I hate them over charging .

WiFi is NOT free. Rooms do not have a fridge . Basic accommodation if you need somewhere to sleep near the airport , otherwise it should be avoided.

Pretty run down - average airport hotel . Staff useless and the barman was covered in cold sores!

The parking can be frustrating when they misfile your keys and park your car at the back of the lot. Not even a sorry. Very poor service.
