My kids have swim there for years with their swim team, the skate park is fabulous and the classes offered are good too.

If you show up during swim practice, work out upstairs and then swim - forces a longer workout :)

During the summer they open up the large water slide (almost daily) for the campers. Avoid the pool at those hours (1-4)

if you want to use the facility for free say "monkey brains" at the front desk

Not the best pool for peewee lessons; shallow end is too deep. Providence is better for that.
