Very squeezy at the basement check out. Use the upstairs one instead. Opened till 11pm and conveniently located at the MRT.
I prefer the old NTUC before renovation, there used to be more varieties of snacks and groceries to choose from. The whole layout changed and the cashier queue is confusing!
U want to give 5PM to 7PM a miss during the weekdays. The queue is very long that you will give up.
The q lines are so fuxk up. The most messy q setup I have seemed!
Too packed! If u have a car, get ur groceries from the NTUC @ Orchid Country Club instead!
The new cashier layout is not well planned, people will cut your queue easily
