Swimming pool is great for laps as is the spa for chill time .
Just take time to relax ... Do not use the fitness room, jacuzzi and swimming pool are enough :)
Reasonable gym facilities for a hotel , including a pull up bar .
They even lend swimming suits for those who forgot to bring theirs
