Once you make it up the numerous flights of escalators you will find a pretty nice theater with spacious , comfortable seats that recline and you can cuddle up into.
When it comes to seeing the latest blockbuster that sold out everywhere else in five seconds, this spot is a much safer bet than say, Union Square. Protip: There's a shake shack right by it. Read more
Hidden from the masses- (maybe 10 people on a midday Saturday!), HUGE theaters, kiosk ticket pickups... Best place to see movies in NYC. Plus Shake Shack and Harry's Italian next door
have long resisted posting a tip here/letting secret out. this is the best non-IMAX movie theatre in the city : recliner seats , always tickets for good showings, lots of great food options next door
One of the better and cleaner movie theaters in Manhattan. It’s actually beautiful here and I would chill here even when I’m not watching a movie . It’s really spacious and vast.
MY FAVORITE REGAL THEATER! Yes, I had to shout this out loud , not only because I'm a Regal cinemas fan and this theater is close to my place in TriBeca but this theater is the real definition of class
Good place to see movies for a few reasons-- 1) despite the flood of families in BPC, it's rarely too crowded / sold out; 2) new, clean and nice; 3) Shake Shack is next door
Ever since the remodel to all luxury / fully reclining seats , this place is amazing! Perfect for hot summer days when you just want to veg out but still get out of the house
My favorite of the Regal theaters. The huge reclining seats make you feel at home. Definitely will return here.
My friend and I went to see a movie at Regal Battery Park, and we thought the place was wonderful and beautiful, as well as clean and well maintained. We had a great time there.
Went to see the movie Girl's Trip. This is a really nice theater. Nice big fully recliner seats . Mine and my friends was broken and wouldn't go down but the good thing is we wanted them reclined.
What a superbly clean & well run theatre. Fam friendly . It’s above the Conrad hotel , perhaps why it feels so premium just escalator-ing to the entrance. Non imax seats are still comfy recliners too!
My favorite cinema in Manhattan. A small walk from the train but well worth it. Never extremely crowded . If your there, also visit the hotel lobby on the ground floor. Definitely Instagram worthy.
Eat at Shake Shake next door then head here to watch a movie in the comfiest reclining seats ever. Perfect relaxed night out????
Never crowded during the day & week. Nice, clean and the patrons are on their best behavior. Except the kids. But what do you expect when seeing animation. Anyway, this is my preferred theater.
Find one person who has a complaint about this place and you've found yourself a liar. Awesome service, screens and seating.
Complex is spread over separate floors. Lots of long, slow escalators (four) to get to some of the theatres at the top, so give yourself time to get there! Shake Shack near the entrance. (*Yes!*)
Best movie theater in the city . If you're early you can chill on the couches at the fancy hotel and they won't care or kick you out.
Rarely crowded unless a big movie is opening. One of the better theaters in the city . Skip all the escalators and take the elevator .
Yes the entrance is the same as the Conrad hotel . Take a bunch of escalators up to find the theater. Comfy , reclining seats and awesome sound.
Filled with reservable La-Z Boy-esque reclinable seats , complete with mini table and drink holder. I need one of these for my apartment .
A great movie theater , simply because it's never crowded (try to keep that a secret). Plus, nothing beats pre or post-movie Shake Shack, which is downstairs!
Weird movie theater with spotty service. Hang out in the hotel lobby downstairs until your show and be sure to get your tickets ahead of time, since shows often sell out.
Best kept secret. It's a beautiful theater, it's fabulous and when I'm there I feel like a queen! The name is truly apt for this movie theater .
Usually empty, but theaters are a good size too. Lots of escalators and hidden in a hotel/office bldg. Brookfield next door to get good food at hudson eats marketplace
Very cool theatre! Nice recliner seats , go up to the second floor!
Favorite theater in the city ! Never been to a showing that's been crowded yet!
Great movie theater . Make sure to get there a little early for popcorn and drinks. It's a bit understaffed and the line builds up quickly.
Great modern cinema complex, usually less crowded than the main destinations
Saw AM Dark Knight Rises...Did not know it was for hearing impaired....compressed picture with subtitles...be warned. Can see huge films opening night with little advanced purchase. Hidden Gem !
Quiet and empty, this is a modern theater hidden away in Battery Park City . Pro tip: elevator to avoid the 3 escalator rides.
Floors and escalators to all the theaters. Excellent set up quick and efficient. Walking through the Conrad lobby is a plus.
This is one of my favorite movie theaters in the city - because it's relatively quiet , even on the weekends
My favorite theater in the city . Never packed (even during premiere weekends) and has a good crowd
To avoid taking 100 escalators , take the elevator just left of the first escalator on the ground floor. It's worth it.
Best cinema to see movies in Manhattan. Pretty much only NYC locals come here (i.e., no B&T folks to deal with).
Hidden gem . But it was dead, maybe cuz it was a Tuesday night but nobody was there! lol. The inside is beautiful with the lights tho.
Amazing move theatre! Inside the Conrad hotel so it's gorgeous as soon as you enter. There is a shake shack right next door too!
Best movie theater in Manhattan. Quiet , clean and comfortable .
At this theater, you can get a glass of wine or beer at concessions to help enjoy your movie .
You can almost always get good seats here. Also, it's clear and next to a shake shack - win/win.
I love this theater. Never a line , super comfortable , hidden away from the chaos of the rest of the city .
Shhhhhh. Don't tell everyone, but this is the best theater in town .
Definitely the cleanest "big theater" in the city . Never crowded either! Oh, and try the movies !!
I remember when this place opened, barely had patrons that some of the theaters were closed and a clothing store replaced them. Now its one of the premier movie spots in lower Manhattan.
Holy shit. Amazing. Super nice new massive theatre, NOT A SOUL HERE
Favorite movie theater in NYC. So clean you could eat off the floors and never crowded .
My getaway spot in NYC. Grab some shake shack and walk right into the theatre with no problem. Enjoy!
If you get to your movie early, grab a quick dinner at Shake Shack or a drink at Atrio.
Don't take the escalators ! They take way too long. Get on the elevator and ride to the theater in luxury .
Prosecco on tap! They also have different flavored popsicles served in prosecco, try the blood orange flavor! - Jenina S.
Love the Maple Spice Sangria. Made with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, cabernet sauvignon, maple syrup, fresh citrus and ginger beer. - Gabriel Hayes
It's a cute little theater, & the popcorn is always fresh. - Rae T
Great cinema, recommend the reclining seats - very comfortable! - Jessica Wickham
Love the reclining seats and assigned seating. Not too crazy about the price; $20. Also a bottle of Dasani water is $4.50- crazy!! - Jastine Kho
Weekday morning heaven. Newer lunch items like Doseteria (sp?) items are flavorful and reasonably priced. - David C
Best spot with modern-scaled food courts and panoramic views nestled in the in the New Downtown would recommend to family and friends. - Sally Anderson
