Staff is awesome and the new look and changes are great! It's a high volume store and is very busy keeping in mind it's a vacation spot! I'm so grateful to have the Pier Park store! Thank you!

Things slhave changed since I worked at Sbucks I don't never asked a customer "hot or cold" after they ordered. And whats the point in asking for my name if you're going to barely say my order?

Never complain but 5 time streak of bad service, I drink my weight in s-bucks so I've been 2 tons of s/bucks but this one in my own home town is by far the worst of all and it breaks my heart *tear*
