Way overcrowded on peak hours, but definitely value for money ! Food is good. For big groups, you can get 32 pieces of chicken chops for less than Php1,400. Great bargain for hungry tummies!

I agree wit Nic. It's crowded during dinner time. But what I like best was 1 of d waitresses reserved a table 4 me though I was just by myself.

Delicious wings ! But be prepared to wait around twenty minutes for your order if you get there at lunch time. And not find a table right away. Place is always packed!

The lady cashier is sarcastic and doesn't know important stuff about their store. I asked her about delivery and she said minimum should be 1,000. Be careful, they might be the type who spit on food.

Their chicken cuts are way smaller than those in other branches like, say, Trinoma.

I ordered food for take out at 10:13am and took them almost 30 mins to serve the food! So far they have been very consistent with this. Worst Bonchon branch ever!

The disappointing part was the counter. I ordered one piece but gave me two. In addition to that, my Pepsi became an iced tea . I dnt thnk they sound alike. Needs active listening.

Service is surprisingly slow. At 4pm. With the place not even half-full.

Don't come here during dinnertime. The place is overflowing with people.

Very slow service. Ordered Team Bonchon meal, after more than 30 mins of waiting our food arrived but not yet complete. Waited for another 20 mins. Two thumbs down. Ill go for Smopers next time.

This branch has bad service. They'd let me pay first before telling me that I had to wait for 15 minutes. So to conclude fast-food ain't fast after all.

Full packed during dinner + poor customer service = bonchon

Worst cust svc of all the bonchon joints ive eaten at. It took them 45 mins to serve our order and had no system on who to serve first.
