Friendly staff , they remember their regulars. It gets a little busy around 9 but don't be too disheartened by a long line , it moves quickly.
Try green tea lemonade with a pump of raspberry or an iced chai with soy! Love the workers. Make u feel at home

It's a typical Starbucks in downtown LA. The staff was not as attentive as I'm used to but it is a very busy location. Disappointed in the options to sit within the restaurant .
August is the best! Always cheerful, congenial and so warm and welcoming.
Pretty packed, hardly any outlets to charge your gadgets, not yo mention the Wi-Fi is slower than most other Starbucks stores; took me 3 whole minutes to get past the agreement screen.
