They need to fix runny shower in ladies locker room . Also need to check drain between the two bathroom stalls. Still like going there before work to get my day going!
All new equipment and a great atmosphere will make you want to pump...you up!!
Kelly is a super trainer . You will get results if you do what she tells you.
It is convenient and always open BUT the equipment is dirty , the tanning bed never works and the staff is thoroughly unhelpful. In this picture the front desk attendant is fast asleep. Ridiculous.
James Harris is an awesome trainer -- he trains me.
This place is pretty much maxed out from 530pm - 730pm. Hard to find open equipment.

It's an express gym so don't expect a spa or a real store.
