The staff is really friendly and the facility is very nice.
Kids at summer camp unruly and rude in the men's locker room . Some not all. Luckily they aren't allowed in the workout areas.
Personal training cabinet is always open; use the jump rope to do real cardio
Super nice folks who made this out of towner feel welcome
Wanna stay skinny-fat with a poor physique? Try the cardio machines
Mr Tom is fantastic, esp. for kids that are a bit nervous
