Au Petit Thai is one -if not the most- romantic restaurant in Paris. It's situated in the heart of Le Marais, so the prices are a bit on the high end , so keep that in mind.

Cher ... Tellement cher .... Honteux !! Un riz gluant à la mangue à 12,50 EUR et on vous explique que le kilo de mangue est cher et qu'il n'y a pas de dessert à moins de 9 eur dans le Marais ! Triste!
