This restaurant has the worst service of any I've ever been to. Every few years I try it again always a mistake. The drive through like feels like being kidnapped. You can't escape the curbs.

You might ruin your car going through the drive through...its a tight squeeze. Go onside or hit up the tacobell in the Exton mall !

Last 2 times I was here was because our station was putting out a fire inside. Not sure I know why I came back... hope the food is better than the ambience. Perhaps why most people drive thru instead!

Hate that I love taco bell because they mess up EVERY SINGLE drive thru order. Bring back Chi Chi's that used to be there!

Really polite service through the drive thru . Asked how I was and actually waited to hear my response.

Service here is terrible. Long lines at 9:55 PM. They have no clue!!!!

Horrible service but the only Taco Bell in the area!

Avoid this place. Service takes forever inside and outside. The layout of the counter and registers is ridiculous. Warmers FULL of food and STILL takes too long to serve.
