Great for families with kids! Lots of family parking , a nice big family bathroom , and kid sized tables in the food court .
The staff at Express is among the rudest I've ever experienced. The girls in Aeropostale were bad too. Forever 21 staff was great though.
One of the last malls remaining in greater Cleveland... A drive for eastern residents but worth it
Ruby Thai kitchen is amazing. Try the mango chicken . Way better than stir fry 88.

Dick's Sporting Goods is actually part of the Westfield Great Northern Mall property, not the adjacent plazas property.
By the end of 2013 there will be a Regal Cinemas and 3 new sit down restaurants .

The Italian pizza place has disgusting pizza . The yogurt vi place is delicious though!
