Noy gives some good advice for connecting yoga to the inner soul etc (I'm not there yet) but it does feel a little more spiritual compared to some others. Quite calming and good for beginners.
Eswar 's Hatha 1 and Hot HR classes are great for beginners as I find them less challenging than others. Also good for when you want a more relaxing practice.
Longest history in HK Pure Yoga, then average quality and levels of teachers and students both are higher than other Pure Yoga locations. Developing fast by leading advanced students too.
Frances and Noy are great teachers . Try Hot yoga and yin.
Def true that Frances knows all names of her students. Very sweet.
