I've always loved Deerfield Bakery. They have spectacular cakes , brownies , and dozens of other goodies. You can even get mini desserts if you are calorie conscious. Plus a great gluten free selection .
Only one person at a time can help with cake orders. If there is a line , leave and come back. Yes, they are doing great service when you are ordering, but it takes time.
Best bakery in the north shore coffee cakes are divine

The fruit here is always sweeter than other grocery stores. They have a great selection of non-dairy ice-creams and meat substitutes. The bakery is awesome too. I also recommend the veggie beef jerky - Shehaam Flot
