This is one of the worst airlines I've ever used. Their website says a thing and at the check in they'll do another. They have a baggage embargo and won't let you know even if you check-in in advance.

While I normally fly United , due to American’s lack of direct flights into Denver; I thoroughly enjoyed this airline and trip. Smiles, seating, and better planes .

They fly about as many flights per day as United , but have fewer frequent flyers at the top level, so you're more likely to get an upgrade

A lot of the bathrooms have auto toilet seat covers. Very nice!

Commenting on someone’s tip. All airlines change seats without your discretion. If they have to swap planes for a different model then that happens. Don’t make it seem like only AA does this.

Left United for American 10 years ago and haven’t looked back.
