It never fails. The lady always messes up my order. Still I rather come here to Starbucks down street. Love a dunkin' Long John ;).

Worse service ever!! took forever to get my order right and my bagel was hard as a rock.
Friendly staff , but the coffee is inconsistent. Usually tastes bitter. :-(
