Fitness Time Plus

Love the place. Never been a GYM person. Plus made me love coming. It seems it is becoming more and more crowded . I hope they are thinking of opening new Plus branches.

The best gym in Riyadh hands down. Good indoor parking , very friendly and helpful staff .

IMO this branch wins as the best in riyadh, yes sometimes it gets crowded and u might face a problem finding a parking slot yet its worth it

The equipment is great, the variety is amazing. The ventilation is horrible, i spoke to the manager and nothing changed. All that is needed is ventilation fans put on the window

Cool guys, trainers actually give a damn about you! Unlike the yellow, no kids can be seen here thankfully!

keep a protein shake in a cool storage place, so you can enjoy it right after the workout.

Some one (idiot) changes the old "check-in" place and reset a nice memories..

Always clean .

Very clean , excellent staff , no waiting on lines for machines or weights,and it’s the only gym that actually smells good.

One of the best Gyms .. Good trainers and equipment,, sometimes it's crowded but oh well ..

Time your training with prayer time in mind. The gym stops for prayer... not complaining. Just plan around it.

Nice location. Screens at the fitness hall machines needs maintenance. Friendly staff . Bit old machines, some require upgrade

Not the most efficient layout. Certainly the new gear needs more maintenance (at least one machine is OOS each week). Cool staff though
