Home made roast lamp. 1) 10 min grill on each side @ 220°C to seal the pores 2) Roast for additional 90 min @ 110°C. (note: 1cm thick carrot was used as bed; nice with all the gravy socked-in)

1) Fried garlic , onion in butter and olive oil , then add red wine and kikkoman sauce, 2) pour sauce into bag of lamp leg for seasoning. 3) ready for roasting tomorrow.

I cooked my own steak with these "liquid smoke". Taste wonderful.

There's a new mamak here, altho not the same as the old mamak . Food not dat great but at least there is a lepak joint now!

Remember not to pass Adni school around 4 to 5 pm..madness jam starts..
