The Local Taco

The brisket tacos are much better than the steak tacos . The chips and salsa are also very good. A very busy establishment on the weekends. Especially during warm weather. Overall, a nice place.

Def one of the best places to eat in lex. Go on a Friday when they have the tikka masala taco and don’t leave without getting queso .

The food is unique and delicious. Agree the the Korean BBQ is a standout. Fun place to people watch . If going for lunch on Sunday plan on it being busy due to their mimosa special. Worth it

The vegetarian taco is very flavorful - highly recommended. I almost always have one, no matter what else I get.

I had the vegetable plate today and it was delicious! A plate full of rice , black beans & veggies ! Yum!

The tacos are good and fresh, margaritas are better. Good atmosphere to hang out (or watch sports if you're into that.)

I dug the spicy shrimp tacos , but when I went back a few times, the atmosphere was pretty much shit, and I'm unsure that I'll return. Staff was rude. Patrons were assholes. I can make tacos at home.

I get the Southern Chicken & Spicy Shrimp tacos every time and they keep getting better and better

Be sure to check out the chalk board for special tacos . Sunday morning they had breakfast tacos which were fantastic!

$1 mimosas ?! Who could say no?! Also, the Cuban corn is pretty amazing. Great atmosphere and great food.

The corn is back! As usual, it is wonderful. The special taco tonight is tilapia . Don't bother. It has freezer burn.

Great decor, but I don't like the "burger joint " baskets food is served in. I'm diabetic and they had no sweetener for iced tea . Mexi Tater Tots were served cold.

They charge for to go cups. They only have sweet'n low for tea and the food is 'just okay.'
