I cannot recommend JINS and their robot Kanna anymore highly. They're dead-on with that thirty minute promise. Great style selection, friendly staff , comfy seating , and great glasses! I'll be back.

This place is the future. Single vision lenses are included with the purchase of a frame, and the frames cost only $60-$120! It took me less than 30 min to have lenses put in my new frames .

If you work with a computer a lot, get the JINS Screen lenses . An additional cost of $60 to your glasses. Lots of frames to choose from! Love the store design.

Spoke to the District Manager about horrific treatment in the store, and about condescending staff at a booth recently. He was offensive, bullying, and hurtful. Just boycott JINS.

If you look like an unattractive, fobby-looking Asian, prepare to be ignored, stereotyped, assumed to know nothing about trendy frames, and treated condescendingly.
