Guaca Mole

The carnitas are terrific as are the chicken tacos , the salmon civiche and, of course, the guacamoles . You can't go wrong with any selection. When I'm in Louisville I'm here at least once a week.

Our experts called this Mexican restaurant , best known for its namesake dish, one of the city 's top newcomers in 2012—and Urbanspoon proclaimed it among the best in the nation.

Try the guacamole and the vegetable tamales !! Portions are huge and flavors are awesome. Really authentic !!

Authentic ! Great thing to happen to a former Applebee's. The food presentation is extraordinary.

The sandwiches are HUGE! Carne Asada > Carnitas . Get it with plantains . The salsa and guacamole are all made in-house and rock! You can't go wrong.

The Fish Tacos (appetizer ) are so good you can just eat them as your main meal. Try the corn on the cob also!!

Everything was great, loved the pork carnitas , and the plantains were delicious. Only con No Bud Light available.

Had the short ribs sopes . Really good! Overall a nice menu and great service.

Fish tacos are muy bueno! Alis enjoyed the cucumber margarita , a cool alternative to the mainstay I sometimes find too sweet n sappy.

Great fresh made menu selections as well as drinks.

The back page of the menu is Lunch only. It is somewhat confusing and will make you look foolish when you try to order off of it!

Not authentic Mexican food , it's more like Mexican modern fusion. I had an enchilada that was just OK, but tasted nothing like Mexican food . The queso was very good. I found it slightly over priced.

The carnitas are other worldly! Not one mediocre item on menu - this place is a gem w great margaritas to boot!

The smoked fish taquitos are like a little crunchy bite of tuna salad ... with a bit of smoke and spice

Coloradito is delectable. Don't fill up on the guacamole sampler though!

The Yucateco guacamole is one of the best things at any restaurant in Louisville.

Order the pescado grilled, w/o the fried tempura batter . The fish tastes light and fresh.

The pepita salad is sweet and tangy . The goat cheese is mild... very good
