Value Hotel Balestier

The front desk service is good. But the hotel room is very small with no windows, so this might be a disadvantage. At night, you can hear people stepping in the corridor very clearly.

Can get full bar 3G with SingTel . Bus is more convenient than MRT (ask the bus code from the staff for every destination you make) . For a reasonable price, didn't get a stinky room or crazy noise.

Easy access by bus . Take MRT from airport alight lavender and take exit B continue by bus no 145 then stop at balestier rd. the hotel just in front of the bus stop . To orchard take bus no 124

Stupid of me not to ask if they charge Wi-Fi or not. (They do $10 a day.) And low 3G reception in room. StarHub zero reception. Thumbs down.

Toilets are so small. Reasonably priced for a budget hotel .
