The service depends on which person you actually talk to. One of the ladies that work here is not helpful, rushes you, not nice at all. But one of the guys here is very nice, and informative!
They need to make the office more “wheelchair friendly“. There is a heavy door to get in the lobby and then another heavy door to get in the actual office . Not good!
I agree with Cherry ...I love most of the workers here but there is one lady that is pretty rude.
Everyone here is so miserable. Some employees are downright nasty.
