Place has few sitting so you will most likely be standing. Amazing views of the city , specially downtown. Cocktails are not on par with a true cocktail bar . Stick to beer or wine .
Drinks are crazy pricey but you're paying for the gorgeous 360 view of Manhattan and the Cuban/Caribbean vibe of the decor. Fun and classy without being snooty -- a tricky combination that Hugo nails
