Go for a suite or executive room. The rooms are brand new and spacious , and you get to enjoy breakfast away from the crowd. They have a special pool and free lounge as well - kids aren't allowed

Great hotel and great location. Very kid friendly like the entire country . A little pricey on food, but if you are eating out, than okay. Big spread for breakfast and overall a great experience

Good place to stay with children. Best argument is the pool in the basement , it is really nice. Beware of breakfast in congress hall during summer, not a calm way to start off the day.

Close to city center and shopping mall . It has a very big meeting center. Rooms are big enough and clean . Service is good in general. Watch out the pickpockets in lobby, security needs improvement.

Perfect stay with kids Childfriendly in every way, but must be a nightmare for other guests. The best thing was The Sticks 'n-sushirestaurant at the hotel roof. They have free room service too

Great rooms and very nice breakfast ! Try to get a room at 9th or 10th floor, that gives you access to free coffee , fruit and snacks ;-)

You won't only enjoy the best Danish and international dishes at the restaurant ; amazing views of the Columbine Gardens are available here too.

The staff is listening, the breakfast buffet gives you lot of choice, astonishing sushi bar on the roof, weird design in the rooms but clean and comfy .

New and fancy ! It's a bit out in nowhere, but a few minutes walk will bring you downtown

Small but cosy room , reasonably priced, fantastic location, and very good Japanese Restaurant at the top floor with views of the canal ! Recommended!

Restaurants get booked very early in advance… if you want to eat in the hotel in peak season, don’t wait until you get here before you book .

Clean rooms en very nice breakfast . When tourist a little to far from the city center...

The concierge can fix anything from Tickets to Den blå Planet aquarium to rent a bike . Great service.

A lovely hotel with easy access to everything, Ditte at the front desk is a pleasure to communicate with!

Congress facilities are good. Rooms are nice but small. If you would like a better room, book an upgrade

The sandwich is only 45 DKK but then it's the smallest one in the world

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway this is not the place for you. It is a kid oriented hotel with a moon bounce and the pool is full of screaming children.

Use room-keh in the elevator or it will take you between 12th and 1st floor.

If your plans are just visiting Tivoli park for a weekend, so it's a good choice.

There are shuttle buses going to and from Tivoli Gardens , so transportation will not be a problem.

Service at its atmost ... Excellent from frontdesk and onwards.

Room service is awful - no menu, you have to go online but the online menu didn't work, so had the menu read to me - sandwich , burger or pizza . Seriously???

Beware, there is no free shuttle to Tivoli, as someone here says. There used to be, but the service has been taken away.

Not a very good hotel . Bad room service and concierge doesn't help much.Too many gests and not many people working to help them. The restaurant (brasserie ) is very bad. Expensive and nothing healthy.

Noisy and poorly educated children run around screaming like animals in a zoo . Spoils any pleasure of using the pool.
