The vegetarian black bean burger with goat cheese and avocado is great. They even cook it separately from the meat so there is less contamination. The chocolate stout milkshake isn't bad either.
Queso and fries make me happy. Sit at the bar for less of a wait - fortunately this place isn't as busy as the Austin locations.
The "Primetime" & "Buffalo Bill " are my favorites. You might consider getting two because the are a little small. An extra side will also accomplish the same.
Best truffle fries around! Nutella pretzel milkshake is a must try.

Buffalo Bill burger is phenomenal. Sauces are prefect. Not that spicy either, more flavorful.
Just moved here from Houston, TX and gotta say tasting the Terlingua Burger was like a taste of Texas.
Smallish portions for the price, and the Kobe beef burger didn't change my life like I thought it might.
If you don’t mind messy, breakfast burger is the way to go here.
