Pretty great sushi that is fresh and cheaper than other grocery stores . Plus, if they don't have one of your favorite rolls and a chef is at the counter s/he will make you one!

Overall AMAZING store!! May be a bit expensive , but this is expected with quality. They have items that I can't find at any other store - Lifetime Cheese , Arctic Zero ice cream , & great wines ! :)

Staff are always so pleasant. Check out the pre-prepared family meals. A great value when you're in a hurry and the salad is free!

The ramen bar in the back left (opens at 11am) is really good, for an easy lunch option.

Sunday morning, when many people are at church , is the best time to come. Shelves are stocked, many checkout lines are open, but there aren't toothy shoppers.

Park around the corner past the jewellery store. Much less hectic. Don't buy wine here unless it's on sale. Prices are $2-3 a bottle higher than other local stores.

My eleven year old thought the table full of unwrapped, freshly cut soap was a table full of cheese . My tip is to pay attention and not eat the soap. :-)
