No lift just stairs so if you've got heavy bags hope a stranger takes pity on you & helps!

Busy station looking a little tired compared to others in London

Go to the #paddington #shop on the ground level to buy #paddingtonbear souvenirs, it is about one-third less than at touristy shops elsewhere.

Not the cleanest of stations, coffee cups everywhere and stinks of burgers and fries . Breath in and hold your breath

Terrible station...long distances and inadequate signs...it's a nightmare to navigate if you are here for the first time

This place is way too small so there's often major overcrowding. Nice long queues to use the escalator!

Very smelly to the platforms - hold your nose

Always turn right along the platform on the circle line .

Staff are rude and unhelpful. They mumble and then berate you for "ignoring" them when you don't hear what they say. Use any surrounding station if possible - this place is an absolute nightmare .
