DON'T avail the services of Mr. Rigel. He was very snotty, rude, and unprofessional. I told him my request & HE WASN'T LISTENING. he rudely said if I wanted a ruler b/c I was reiterating the length.
Henri is out on Mondays. He left me in the hands of Nixon, who's doing an awesome job as well .
