Awesome help always, I have never had a bad experience in this store. The employees and genius' are amazing!

worst costumer serves! I'v been to many apple stores around the world including Paris/London/Madrid this one is by far the worst! Some employees are Rude ( Cody ) and the manger ( mike ) is no better.

service your is decent, but not the most friendly Apple Store I have to. Creative seems only someone knowledgeable . The experience was a little messy, perhaps because I was asking technical questions.

I go to the one at South Coast out of convenience, but to me this is the best Apple Store in OC :)

Definitely a disconnect here with many of the workers. Just because Apple is cool, doesn't make you that way - drop the attitude!

Be grateful for the genius bar pros and thank them! They rock.

If you have an OS upgrade book at least 3 appts. in a row. You can book them online.

Be patient if they run behind with your genius appt. It's worth the wait.
