The experience is good for all ages. Would have lied to to see auto welding robots but the tour only includes final assemble of completed parts. Very good view of assembly, informative history of Ford.
The tour is interesting, but not like the tours of years ago. Starts with a video and a multimedia presentation, and ends with a self guided walk overlooking a portion of truck final assembly line .
Fascinating tour , see trucks being made, learn about the living roof and how Ford works to take care of wildlife . Allow at least 2 hours and if you go to Henry Ford Museum first, you can get disc. tkt
This facility contains so much history, innovation, and the roots of our industrial revolution, middle class , and democracy. Plan on spending 2 hours on the tour .
What an awesome tour ! A must see! Vets be sure to go on Veteran’s Day weekend, as you and your family get free admission to Henry Ford and the Village . @NicoleRovig
I visited @thehenryford today and toured #Dearborn's @Ford truck plant. Amazing jewel we have in our backyard though I still believe #Ford must do more 2 minimize the #CO2 coming out of its factories
Such a cool tour...no photos inside the plant but it's very interesting! Interesting to hear about the "living roof "!
Must-see. You get an extensive look at workers on the assembly line making the F-150. Very cool to see a Detroit automaker in action.
The docents around the facility are really knowledgeable about the facility and the town . Be sure to ask questions!
Fascinating and well presented. Just make sure you don't hit the assembly line during lunch , when it shuts down. Everyone we've taken loves this tour .
the afternoon production shift was stopped. I am not sure you would have really learned anything detailed about the production process, anyways
It's absolutely amazing. Watch a car be assembled with the super professionalism and skill of the workers.
See stage 1 first then go directly to the factory tour stage 4. The observation tower is optional if you are pressed for time or tired.
The second movie theater has been refurbished recently and the new presentation is really cool.
Great overview of Ford's history and a view of the latest in modern manufacturing
Definitely worth a visit - from the living roof to watching an F150 assembled.
Loved the Rouge tour in general, but the 2nd movie was an incredible waste of time. They focused on showing off what was technically possible and forgot to make it interesting.
Amazing to see an F-150 get put together piece by piece with such precision.
If you like "How it's Made" (and I do), you'll love this place.
Really interesting! Watch a Ford truck get built!
The line shuts down for lunch at noon. Plan accordingly because you don't want to miss it.
Good service
Excellent experience see the foundation of the motor city first hand
Very interesting! Definitely worth doing
Mesmerizing assembly line ! Truly great
Spend a fair amount of time watching assembly. Video number 2 in the tour is very loud and "interactive" but cool
Witness the magic of F-150 assembly on one of, if not the only automotive factory tours available in the USA.
Excellent factory tour
Go if you're an engineer

Soooo fun!!! I loved it!
Holy shit. That was pointless. The mist maker over my head was leaky. It was hot in there too.
Watch the Ford employees put together an F150.
This tour blows big time.
It’s a great place to come with kids. A lot of things to learn and see!! - Camilia
Had the pulled pork salad and wife had potato soup with cornbread. Very good and plenty off food for the price. An unexpected pleasure. - David Patrick
Cute and classic but no out of this world diner food. Service was good and fast. - Rachel Malys
Great place for the family to visit. Also, Green Field Village is right next door so it's a great place to spend the day. - Harvey Tom
Awesome!!! - Kristin Sides
