Cherry pick the weekly ad which usually has good prices, especially on fruits and vegetables . But since Sprouts bought out Sunflower prices have gone up and selection has gone down.
They have a great selection of grab and go pre-pepared items including sushi
Veggies and fruits are cheap and fresh. But some of their package goods are a bit pricy .
Fresh produce at reasonable prices.
