I go to this place, 6 days a week, workout at least 2 hours every day, I've lost more than 30 pounds. It's a wonderful place to workout, everyone is friendly and smiling, I've got no complaints at all - f
This gym is small, old, and always empty. With that said, it's a great place to workout. It's clean, never crowded and rarely has those meatheads who yell a lot. Their personal trainer Is very good. - Brad Barnes
