High end flower shop with a selection of unique, artisan gifts also pulls pretty good shots of Verve Coffee (out of Santa Cruz) - possibly the only spot in the city offering their coffee .

One of my favorite coffee places in the neighborhood , which has quite a few to choose from. Some seats both in and outside. I can vouch for the espresso drinks , cold brew , and iced tea — all are good.

Super cute half coffee shop , half plants and homewares. They make a good cortado with Sightglass Coffee and have a good selection of teas too.

The flowers are wonderful but often wilting and past prime. Employees can rarely identify what's for sale but an early morning muffin balances things out.
