It’s a pretty beach but not great for swimming at all. The rocks are slippery and dangerous. Walk further north and use the platform and wheelchair access into the sea.. stay safe.

Walk all the way to the south side of the boulevard (mountain side) and take the last right. Eat at Amalthia, very good food (best of Santorini) for the same price as the other restaurants !

At Skaramagas you get free sunbeds and wifi if you just order something to drink like a coffee . You even get 10% discount at their restaurant afterwards ;-)

Lots of umbrellas / chairs to rent, €8-10 for one chair. “Sand” is very pebbley and can be hard on the feet & hot, bring water shoes .

Since we have small kids and the water wasnt calm we got a bar with the pool. Very relaxing atmosphere on this beach .

The beach is the best in Santorini, every restaurant located there, however, is very touristy and should only be visited if you are very very hungry.

Zero customer service here. They will threaten you and will overcharge you. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want. Virgin cocktails cost same as alcoholic ones... Ridiculous...
