The best is that it's really well located, near Collins Ave., what means a lot of restaurants and shops, but without all the hustle and bustle (and noise) of South Beach . Bed SUPER confortable too.

Definitely not the most glamorous, but a personal favorite! The location and pool and the art ! The rooms are spacious , I just love it.

Great service. Front desk staff went above and beyond for us, even fixing my friend's shoe one evening! Tip: make sure you keep keys away from your phone, they are VERY sensitive and will deactivate.

Have stayed here several times this year. Always pleasure. The staff is very helpful. And Kevin always finds us a room even on short notice. Food is pretty good as well .

The Shannon Plumb video art is cool. This actresses creativity has scored her work longevity & recognition. This is from the Cricket Taplin '07 paper collection.

They love art so much around here, they even painted the AC ! This is the air conditioning unit. Try to find the other painted unit while you're there.

One of 2 ART hotels in South Beach (other is the Ritz) amazing photos in the library . Cool swing in lobby. Attentive staff . All suites. Uber chic skinny pool. On the beach . Art in each room as well .

Try the skinny margarita at the pool bar ! This hotel is great for leisure, for singles, couples and families!

Fell completely short of all my expectations. Starting from hair balls on our kitchen sink, to no double bedroom balconies , to no changing room, to no beach service to a completed outdated bar menu...

False adverting! Over-priced and over-rated hotel . Definitely is not a 4 star hotel . Not even near 3 star either. Nothing like pictures posted online. Everything is either worn, outdated, or cracked
