Panera doesn't take care of their staff . I'd also keep a close eye on who's making your food and if they change their gloves, EVER!!
They don't use the term "bread " lightly here. 90% of my meal was, in fact, bread ...down to the bowl. A carb lover's paradise.
The sandwich making is a bit slow, but they make a good sandwich !
