Everything on the menu except the avocado toast is gluten free (and they offer GF toast ). Bison Chili Frito Pie and Pizookie were amazing! True Grit bowl was very good, but be sure to stir everything.
They are more interested in you leaving two hours after your reservation time than actually confirming the res or even if you had a good time. Food is hit or miss. Cocktails excellent.
Food is "Paleo " friendly and they use natural sugars, etc, but it doesn't always work. They need to learn a lesson in hospitality : they are focused on more about the 2hr time limit, not welcoming you.
