Tenderloin steak is well marinated, with smoky caramelised external. Good mashed potatoes side.
value for steaks , fried chicken and salmon was good too. grilled pineapple can be more well done
We ordered the ribeye steaks , Stirling burger as well as salmon . Disappointing unfortunately.
Get their meat platters, so worth the money.

Had the sliders , patty was fresh but the buns were too hard for me. Place is poorly ventilated. Only good thing here is there is no GST charge but there is service charge. Won't be back soon.

Hazelnut crumble was excellent. I loved that it's warmed up. It has a chocolate graham cracker crust, moist cakey/fudgey middle with the hazelnut crumble in top. - Mai Dinh
