Pinnacle of world's toy stores . The oldest and the biggest with over 250 years to its name. When I was a kid, Hamleys was my paradise! It was such a treat to come here and still is!!
Love Hamleys and their staff are very knowledgeable of the toys they sell. Special thanks to Sudi who helped me track down a Doc McStuffins doll for my step daughter.
Great toy shop espically for children.. But also good for all ages.I like just to go inside in a cold rainy day and take a walk and have that chance to be 15 years youger :)
I was totally overwhelmed when I entered the toy store . Just imagine how a kid must feel then. Very crowded , but friendly and fun staff . Take your time to explore!
great fun for all the ages, expect to be amazed by the variety of toys on offer and the chance to play with most toys . it brings out the child in us all
Biggest toy store I've seen in my entire life. Staff is super friendly and plays with the customers. You can even get your personalised teddy bear .
Large toys store ???? , placed in centre of london Regent street ???? you get out from the store with big smile and good for children present ????????
Go to the top floor and fill up a cup with your fav candy . Tip: fill it up and push all the candy down to be able to add more of your fav candy .
It's big and staff are friendly . Prices are a bit elevated but still good for London.
For a ridiculously crowded space the staff is courteous and knowledgeable . It is definitely pricey but worth the experience.
A nice place to become a child again. Visit the underground floor for all Harry Potter’s and Star Wars’ memorabilia .
The best place to visit with kids. Full of activities on the weekends.. you probably need to spend few hours there.
Family favourite. Busy but what to expect from the famous London toy store . Has something for every age.
A very nice toy store . Definitely worth the visit even if you don't want to buy anything. You'll leave with a smile
There's no LEGO Store in London, but the top floor here is just as good. Amazing selection and huge displays! Could spend an hour here !
For me Hamleys is a ideal place to forget everything about work after a very stressful day!!! Is so much fun even you are tired in that place you will find energy!
Yes, it's a giant toy shop with lots of history. Unfortunately that is overshadowed by two or three staff per level demoing toys and trying to get you to buy them. Makes it feel like quite the trap.
Huge nice toy store in the centre of London on the Regent St. A bit overpriced. Is open till night. There is a bus stop made of lego in front of the shop.
Oh to be a kid again. Never seen so many toys under one roof. Believe me you can get anything from Connect 4 to Scrabble and Scalectric car racing to Hornby train sets
Wonderful! Such a great selection of toys and a really fun atmosphere .
The closest thing you 2ill get to a "magical" toy store , set some time aside though, as there are many floors to explore.
Dream store for children! Great fun and lot to choose from.
Jesus Christ could it get more chaotic in here ... there are at least 20 employees yelling at any given time and then a parade through the store. Bring Advil.
Kid (+kids at heart) heaven! I can stay here for hours. Decent collection of Potter, LoTR and Game of Thrones stuff too.
What a wide selection of toys . Great if you want to see, touch and feel them before you buy. Some of their toys are cheaper online from the hamleys Store.
Fun store. Be careful about the reusable bags they offer at the register. They have a hidden 3 pound charge. Otherwise, great experience!
Best place in the area to buy some old style toys . They also have very nice modern furniture , expensive though.
Bring the kids to the largest toy shop in the world! Be prepared though: it will probably be hours before they’re ready to go home. Luckily, there’s a café upstairs.
7 floors of toys , nothing but awesomeness. Definitely visit if you're in London.
Amazing toy store . Stay a while and enjoy the atmosphere
Without doubt the best toy store in the world with over 5 million visitors a year enjoying its' seven floors of toys , games and entertainment. Be sure to have a laugh with the staff - they're lovely! Read more
Why face your adult responsibilities when you can go to the largest toy store in the world?! Seven floors of fun... what more could you ask for?!
Hamleys products you do not find elsewhere : I bought some arts and crafts box. And they have demos in the Shop during Xmas.
Had to exchange an item and received excellent customer service. Also, the skillful demonstrators are an attraction by themselves. Highly recommended.
Huge toy store with energetic staff and more things to play with than I think I’ve ever seen.
A Lego Mecca, plan to spend hours here exploring before buying. It's worth the time
Hamleys is one of London's finest Toy department store , simply in a class of its own, my Tip is take your Children with you, as its an entertainment in itself.
Like a big kid, I would probably say that my favourite shop from the whole day was Hamleys Read more
Variety of toys and paddington bears!
Well 5 Floors of Toys - so in order not to get lost in toys , do check the sign board mentioning what is ON EACH FLOOR NEAR THE LIFT
A playground for young an old. Awesome gadgets, drones, cars etc. got to check it out. Forget Disney store!
Loved this store so much! It’s huge and just full of toys !!
Arrive early and have the freedom of the store to run around and play. Opens at 10:00 am hopefully they won't have switched on the Christmas lift music
Really lots and lots of toys .
The best toy store in london. Too many good memories in this place.
Go inside even if you don't want to buy anything, it's magic. The employees are awesome!
This is my favorite toys store in London . Lot of cool toys my kid loved this place
My daughter says "dream come true" and that the best floor is the 1st floor because "all the Beanie Boos live there" ;)
If you want to know what a toy store should be, look no further. The king of toy stores .
If you are a traveller , I’d recommend you check what you bought before leaving.. got a toy and found out it’s not working but it was too late .
Horrific queues to get your bear stuffed. Come prepared to wait. - kiptrip
Amazing shakes you can customize, loved adding crunch chocolate bars to the milkshake! - Laura Lucas
Nice Disney store with a lot of merchandising. On the expensive side though - Alexandra Tritz
Very impressive what they have constructed here. There's quite a lot to do for the kids. Prices are high. Especially for European visitors I would recommend comparing with local online pricing - Matthias Bauw
It's a small shop, but with a great selection of board games and RPGs. Definitely a must visit if you are in the hobby! - Leo
History has been made here!! You must visit Piccadily Circus. Lovely weather, very social spot with nice selection of Cafés - Ahmed Abdullah
there's a thing called Mac. try that. Also a newbie on the menu: ipad. It's a bit salty, but goes well with a few extra gigs as a side. - Marcelo Pena Costa
Super cute little streets with nice shops and restaurants! Always nicely decorated! - ????????????????á???????? ✨
