Get a table outside . Make sure Mateo is your waiter . Ask for the tasting menu . Splurge on the wine pairing . And prepare to be blown away. We do this every year, and it never disappoints.

Monchong was outstanding and so was the Mahi Mahi (ginger asian) dish. Ask for a table overlooking the water. We loved it here and have tried many reputable seafood places throughout Maui.

Definitely a splurge but worth it almost for the bread basket alone. The service is top notch and the ahi poke cone appetizer is one of the best dishes I've ever had. Fantastic!

Try the ahi poke tacos , and banana souffle , both amazing. The maui drink was delicious and the macadamia nut crusted mahi mahi was the best I've ever had.

Whole fried fish for 2 was a flavor and texture bomb which was filleted table side. Angel hair pasta was sweet and heavenly.

The chicken is HUGE; share it for sure. The flavor doesn't disappoint. It's awesome.

The seafood curry is incredible. Service is perfect. View are stunning. Expensive but worth it.

The tomato risotto and Ono entree were amazing. Also got to try an incredible wine flight from Vineyard 29. The Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot were terrific!

Flat Iron steak and Chocolate truffle were amazing along with the butterfish appetizer . Truly a 5 star dining experience.

The hot mint tea and the bread were the redeeming qualities

Lobster =excellent. Poke Ahi = Amaizing. Lamb = Excellent. Papa doble = Good.

Reservations were 45 mins behind. It was ok @ best. They overbooked the restaurant & had staff that were flustered and upset. At one point the bar ran out of glassware . Turkey was dry. Disappointing.

Service was great, food amazing. Spago lived up to the hype. Expensive and well worth it! The poke cone appetizer was incredible.

As we brought Spago to Maui we were most excited to use their local produce , fish and meats, to create Spago style dishes with a Hawaiian technique.

Excellent pineapple margarita and hawaiian focaicca bread .

Nice views and relaxing atmosphere but food isn’t all that spectacular or memorable.

Try the three course tasting menu , it is excellent. Wonderful service, beautiful view !

Gotta say: disappointed. Pros: Sunset view , ahi rolls, tomato/cheese. Cons: Service (slow, inexperienced, see pic of how beer was poured). Overpriced. RARE salmon , Lamb eh.
