Welcome addition to UWS Ramen scene. A few different options to chose from, but all are quite a bit lighter than the typical tonkatsu base. Left feeling less bloated than normal.
Everything was incredible. The gyoza is the best I’ve had. The ramen broth was complex and delicious. The pork was cooked perfectly. We’ll be back.
The good: char siu & the pork buns are pretty good, cute place, friendly staff . The ok: noodles a lil too soft and thick, the miso was ok, not my fave broth. Not bad place, just not my fave ramen .
If you like pork get the cashu ramen ! Also Maya rocks!
Note: no non-pork options
Spicy ramen with a seasoned egg was solid. Also consider trying the pork and cabbage gyoza - Jeff Solomon
I'm so glad this is now closer to work. This location has great soba and donburi, if for some reason you don't want the excellent ramen. The kakuni ramen with Filipino style pork is amazing. - Charles Guerrero
The pork dumplings were savory and the Umami Ramen REALLY GOOD. Highly recommend. - John Colglazier
I like this theater. Lots of options, comfortable seats. Popular movies get sold out so make sure to book in advance. - I K
